API custom

Heres is able to access a variety of external services through access to APIs of different kinds. Access is always server-to-server from constant IP addresses (it is possible to configure at the firewall level by restricting access to IP ranges provided by Heres).

API RestFul

In order to allow access to the Restful API, it is necessary to provide:

1. endpoint;
2. swagger or API documentation;
3. API Token if needed.

API Soap

In order to allow access to the Soap API, it is necessary to provide:

1. endpoint;
2. WDSL;
3. credenziali di accesso if needed.

File transfer

You can provide access to files via ftp for information retrieval. Files must be in CSV, delimited text, JSON format. It is necessary to provide Heres:

1. server SFTP;
2. username;
3. password;
4. name of the file to be retrieved;
5. format of the file to be retrieved;
6. desired update frequency.
